WHAT YOU CAN DO

SUPERINTENDENT
The Superintendent manages the day-to-day operations of the construction project they are assigned to. Providing overall leadership to field project team and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on schedule, in a safe manner, within the budget, and quality standards.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Project Manager will manage and control the total scope of services as defined in the project’s contract documents while maintaining the profitability objectives of the company. The candidate must have building and construction experience, in addition to a strong business sense. Providing leadership, technical construction experience and market specific insight to ensure the best possible outcomes for KLMCC projects is also a priority.
PROJECT SAFETY MANAGER
The Project Safety Manager promotes job site safety through the implementation and administration of safety policies, analysis of safety data, and completion of jobsite safety audits. The Project Safety Manage ensures safety compliance of the project team, employees and subcontractors working on site.
LABOR FOREMAN
The labor foreman coordinates site logistics, manages onsite labor forces, and assists superintendents in field coordination in daily tasks.
ACCOUNTING
Accountants will be responsible for entering GC invoices in ERP systems like Sage or on Excel. They will also be responsible for working with Project Managers on monthly requisitions, project cost management, and monthly sub payments.
PRECONSTRUCTION
You will be expected to work with developments teams and our subcontractor pool to provide an accurate estimate for upcoming projects we have interest in. Being a part of our Preconstruction team will require you to be familiar with reading construction plans to ensure we can land an accurate estimate for the projects budget.
HUMAN RESOURCES
You will be expected to perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee databases and ensuring all job sites are up to date on supplies they might need. Aid in the onboarding on new employees and in the departure of former employees. Work on the HR team will also require assistance with online job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling job interviews.
