Earlier this year, construction quietly began on what is known as Building D of Hartz Mountain’s Estuary project. K L Masters Construction is the general contractor on the project, which is sandwiched between Weehawken’s Whole Foods and the Harbor 1500 development. About three floors have risen so far at Building D, which will sport a tiered design and rise seven stories at the highest point.
